Why Do Subscribers Abandon Their Cart?
Yeah! A big question, you must be wondering too, I got you covered, I listed below the reasons why:
• Quality: The quality of your product or services tells your customers a lot about your brand, The secret we don't know about customers is that they are very inquisitive, not only about your product or services, but customers also go to the extent of making comparisons with other brands. At that point, they might have shown interest in your product or service by adding it to their cart, but trust me as soon as they are done with their comparisons with other brands and your brand is not up to what they want they forget about yours and go for the other brand. So for your brand not to experience this, work on quality first, I can say that the quality of a product or service attracts customers, trust me!
• Price: Yeah! yeah! Customers want the best quality for a low price. Yeah, that's very true, before a customer gets something from a store, he/she must pass through the "Buyer's Journey". I talk about this in my last post, at the consideration stage, the buyer goes through different brands not only on quality but on price too. To be honest, customers are quite greedy, but every customer wants the best quality and pays little for it. Learn to treat your customers the way they want to be treated.
• Reviews: Yo! Every customer does this, every customer wants to know how your product or service served another customer. I can say boldly that 80% of customers buy a product based on the review they are getting about the product or service. Are they getting positive or negative reviews about your brand? Reviews are a major influence in selling your product or services. What people say about your brand matters, imagine you carting a skin care product, and while going through the reviews, you keep on seeing negative reviews about the skin care product. Will you still go for the product? if you are truthful to yourself I guess the answer is a big NO.
Learn to listen to your customer's demands.
• Benefits: Every customer wants to know what your product offers, earlier I mention the consideration stage of a buyer's journey, yeah at that stage the customers are inquisitive. Every customer wants the best for themselves, so I won't be wrong to say they are selfish. They take what is good for them, and if your product or service isn't gonna give them what they want, there will be no purchase. Spice them up with your products.
Try working on the points I mentioned, and boom your store starts increasing in sales.
