Buyer's Journey

The stages of a buyer's journey are the flow or path a buyer undergoes before purchasing a product or service.

• Awareness Stages: The customer is not aware of your product or service. This is the point where a consumer first becomes aware of your business offerings and wants to learn more about your business, so it is typically considered the most important phase in the customer life cycle. So at this point through different advertising platforms, the customers then get to know about your products or services. So now the customer is aware of your product or services but how will your product benefit him/her as a customer? that's the big question. During advertising, the customer has seen the benefits and functions of your product or services. So he/she begins to think how will this product or service benefit me? That's where the next stage enters.

• The Consideration Stage: By now, your prospects have done their initial research and are aware of some of the options they can choose from. However, the research phase isn’t over yet. They have narrowed down their options and even added a product to the cart but they are still skeptical about your products. This is the stage where they are comparing your product to other solutions on the market. This is where they are doing price comparisons, reading customer reviews, checking out competitors, and learning more about the details of your product to see if it could be what they have been looking for. At this stage, the customer still contemplating whether should I get this product or service. Would this product or service work for me? would this benefit me?  The customer at this point might even go to the extent of going through people's reviews to confirm the product or service efficiency. after going through reviews of previous customers and seeing the reviews is positive, it gives the customer the drive to go for your product or service. [N.B in marketing the reviews of your previous customers is very important, they can drive in or drive out customers. So make your product or services more efficient ]. The consideration stage leads to the final stage of a buyer's journey.

• Decision Stage: After going through different reviews and research the customer is fully convinced about the product or service's efficiency. Then boom!  he /she presses the buy button.
